Join Kelley Colihan for 8 Tuesdays of Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Beginning Tuesday nights at 6 PM- 7PM from July 13 - Tuesday August 31
Cost if paid in advance $86. for the whole series. Or $14 for a single drop in class.
In this series you will get stronger, become more flexible and relaxed. The class will consist of moving asana (poses) and a short meditation at the end. If you've never done yoga call Kelley to see if this class is right for you.
Kelley is a National Yoga Alliance registered instructor who has had hundreds of hours of training with some of the world's best teachers. This class will be fun, at times challenging and just a perfect way to keep you refreshed throughout the week. It's better than a vacation, give yourself the gift of yoga!

Free Healing Night July 29th 7-8:30 PM

So happy to announce that Sigrira will be at the healing night with Reiki for animals. Do email if you are bringing your animal as Sigrira would like to schedule the sessions for 20 min long.

Gail Peeler will be giving Reiki to all and also has a special talent with animals as well.

Randee Schienan who is a Metaphysician will be set up in a private room and ready to help you go deep within to understand patterns of self.

Opportunity to Leave Your Unique Legacy

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO WOULD LIKE TO BE FILMED FOR A TV PILOT WITH MY FRIEND JULIET BOYD

Do you or someone you know have a truly unique legacy you'd like to share with family or loved ones after you've passed over? Do you know someone who has been diagnosed with a terminal illness, early onset Alzheimer's or who would like to share their life story, personal messages, or experiences with others before they pass or can no longer communicate?

Infini (infinipartners.com ) is a unique new business run by my friend Juliet Boyd that provides an opportunity to keep our relationships with loved ones prospering long after we pass. Juliet works with you so that you may leave something behind for loved ones that's different than the standard will or bequest. It could be a trip, an experience, audio or video recorded messages, sending flowers for birthdays...virtually anything you can think of to help you be remembered in your own special way on the future dates of your choosing.

I am partnering with Infini to help create a television show that will share the incredible journeys of those who wish to leave such a unique legacy to friends and family. It's my sincerest hope that such a show will help change the very way in which the public views death and dying and that it can serve as a teacher on how we never have to lose touch with our loved ones when they 'birth out'.

We are looking for those willing to be filmed while they go through the process of working with Juliet to determine their unique legacy. Juliet's services to help guide you to finding the perfect experience or expression of love will be provided to you for free. The video footage will only be used to help sell the show to producers and will not be aired. Although those who show interest will be consider for future filming when Infini is moves to network. We are particularly looking for those who may have recently come to accept their own terminal illness or who have powerful, emotional stories they wish to leave behind for their loved ones that have not yet been told.
