Maitland, a nine year old little girl, channels in through Jamie and begins to talk about how Pets have a special connection to their owners.

Pets and animals are different. Animals don’t have much to do with humans’ paths “directly” but pets’ destinies do. Pets come to us to help us. Pets have a soul: anything that sustains life has a soul --  animals, people, even insects and plants too. A soul is contained in a body. A spirit is a soul without a body.
There are three amazing things about pets:
1. Pets give unconditional love and it is not because their brain is small! Pets have all kinds of emotions even the kind of emotions that want to take care of you. I had a white mutt. He would bump me back onto the sidewalk if I were on the edge of the street. How did he know to take care of me that way? Pets can tear up things when they get pissed. They pee on things to punish you. But even when they are mad at you, they still love you unconditionally.
2. We as humans strive to have unconditional love. In our culture, our idealisms keep us from it. Our definition of loyalty is to dedicate ourselves into one direction leaving any other option “out”. A pet can be absolutely loyal to you and still take care of itself.
3. Your pets can absorb the negative energy that was meant for you and take it on themselves without being asked to. Sometimes the pet, himself, gets sick when you do. They want to make sure you are okay. Our emotional ties to our pets are stronger than what we have for people. Your pet depends on you, but is not co-dependent. That energy connection between you is what allows them to take on your problems. When they are sick, look at yourself first for a clue.

Our pets are amazing. Look in their eyes. When you think it is a human, sometimes it is. Humans can reincarnate as a pet. Ask yourself, “Does my pet understand more than just the one word command?” “Does my pet behave more like a human than the kind of pet he is?” “Does my pet have a habit that is just like a human’s, such as being a food connoisseur?” If you are answering yes, then you have a human pet on your hands.
We do have a choice of the percentage of amnesia we want when we reincarnate. One hundred percent amnesia is like a “daaaawg” and ten percent amnesia is a person inside a dog body. Our soul has a lot more power that we give it credit.
 

For the first time in the public channeling a mother of one of the attendees,Randee, came through Jamie and began talking to the crowd. Randee was seated in the front row and says she knew right away it was her mother by the way her mother would fold her Kleenex in perfect squares. Her mother shared a story relating to her son’s connection to his little dog. Read as Claralee gives her account:

This is a story about a dachshund and my son Adam. I passed away when Adam was barely ten years old. He’s forty now and I am very proud of him. So my Adam got a dog. He loved that dog unconditionally like he would have loved me. I put all my efforts into that dog, Hershey. If Adam were gone, the dog would tear his things up and pee so I would sit with Hershey and tell him Adam would be back, don’t worry. I would stay with Hershey wherever he went because I knew, to take care of the dog was to take care of my Adam. Pets are a way for us, who have passed on, to be able to show our love to our friends or family that we did not get enough time with on Earth. This animal was the heart connection I wasn’t able to have with my son because of my untimely exit. Hershey could convey emotions and love that I would have given my son if I were with him. This is one way we communicate with you on Earth. Pets help us express our love for you. As a mother, it really hits home to able to have a link to your child. Love your pets for you never know who is on the other end!
