Gratitude: The quality of being thankful, the readiness to show appreciation, acceptance, happiness, surrender, and to return kindness. Can you be thankful for something you are unaware of? This is a type of appreciation that creates manifestation. Ponder on that.
You are a telepathic being. Telepathy is not just a subconscious topic. We all have keys to unlock ourselves, to take away old beliefs and structures. These structures can be from other life times that you have led or ones that your mother and father have led. Babies in the womb already start learning the rhythm of the mother and the rhythm of their mother’s emotions. When you were a fetus you were already creating your structures you have now.
Exercise: Sit back to back with a partner: have two of the same shapes or items or colour cards in front of each of you. Remember to sit back to back. Have one person pick an item then have the other person (the receiver) reach out and choose the same item without looking at what the other did. Then show each other what you chose. Did you get it right? If so, how did you get it right? You do have more than 5 senses, did you know you have more than six senses?!
Start your awareness here: What was your mother going through when she was pregnant with you? Was she happy? Was she fighting through it? Was she going through a divorce? Was she overly emotional due to hormones? This was your first awareness. Talk to you mother about her experience and you will learn more about you.
You can have gratitude for something that does not exist to you. I challenge you to adopt this phrase: Be grateful for what you do not know. Being human is very limiting. As soon as you describe your experience or thought you put it in a box and you contain it, and there it is, it will always be just that. Your explanations snuff out possibilities. Having a belief means you believe in it and if you define it, you are giving it parameters and you are telling it, it can only be that. As you define something it will only meet that boundary; it will not go anywhere else.
You need intuition in this new shift on Earth.
There are not too many psychics or healers in this world. We are going into a phase in your country where we NEED more. We need water, clothing and shelter and we need intuition. Grow yours. Get the inner body to be quiet so the intuition can come out. Your head has layers of thoughts. Learn where the switch is in your head to turn off the useless thoughts you have each day. Some thoughts are progressive and some serve no need. Do not ignore the thoughts, do not say one thought is worse or better but learn to turn the chatter off for the time being.
Exercise: Write your intuition down on a piece of paper and ask yourself: is it true? If you cannot answer that for yourself then set it aside. Go back later and read it again, was it correct? If so mark it down in your book. You will find you will score higher than you thought.
Fine-tune your body. Learn mind control. Food is medicine. We are fine tuned instruments, but we have drowned ourselves with logic, with definition and with food! Food is the most toxic thing you are giving yourself, processed, chemicals etc… Go back to the basics, and you will see how fine-tuned spiritually you will become. Food is medicine. Raw food diet, if you have any issues you can get on the raw food diet, your whole system will first scream murder, but if you complete it, you will heal yourself.
You are part of a bigger picture. You have an impact on the earth and on the universe. This fact is probably the outside of the box for most to think of and you are probably the few that fit in the box that understand. Let us recall you are coming out of a selfish period on earth. You needed it but it is over. You are not separate from all of this world, tree, dirt, friend, self. No one is a small pebble on earth. When you move you tug on all the people and buildings and animals that surround you. Breathe deep and know that every moment you are contributing to what is around you.
