Maitland, a nine-year-old little girl channels through Jamie and begins to give a recap of messages from the past and bit more about our US economy.
The economy.
The numbers are really worse now than in the 1920 depression. The government calls it a recession so people won't panic. At the end of the summer there will be one more bump down. Then there will be a quick recovery to a certain level, then a large upswing. The stimulus money will get us recovered quicker. Then there will be a big rise in inflation late 2010.
Get extra food that you can store.
There is not a shortage but there will be transportation problems because of the inflation. That may last about three months on and off.
Investments.
Pay off what you can now, car, home first then the credit cards. Invest in Brazilian and in Japanese stocks. These are some safer bets.
Prof. Cheryl Bird was the guest speaker for the evening. She was a psychiatrist that taught at college level who came through Jamie to talk about how healing lies within perspective.
Self-Healing is based on your own perspective.
Imagine a movie of your life up until now. Pick the actress/actor who is most like you in attributes - physical, personality, way of speech, etc. Do you like what you see? What is it like looking from a distance at your life? Now pick a better actress/actor - who could play the role better - do better. What is the difference between the two performers? That difference is what needs to change. Why won't you allow yourself to change?
There are two ways of looking at anything.
The first is to see what's there and the second is to see what's outside of there.
Looking outside gives us the insight.
What is the “thing” that won't allow you to heal?
Is it Fear = false evidence appearing real. Fear does have a rational component. It may be based on some experience you had in this lifetime. A phobia has zero rational components. Phobias are fears carried over from past lives. Our own perspectives can be based on past life experience because we are a collection of the lives we have chosen to live.
Is it Pride or Ego? Is it Comfort? Or is it Vulnerability? Vulnerability is a positive word. It means you are open and honest with others and yourself. How would you feel if you were really honest with everyone? I bet being scared and fear would go away if you accepted vulnerability. Vulnerability is a source of power.
Buy a Webster’s dictionary.
We have been told the wrong meanings of words. Re-learn your emotions. Your parents meant their best when they shaped your perspectives by saying, "Good job!” “Good Job” suggests that is the proper way to do something or the proper way to get praise from your parents. This statement shaped you; it shaped your perspective. If the direct compliment was replaced with how the parent felt, "I like it!" This is more in tune with communication, with allowing the child to come up with his or her own sense of good and bad but having the comfort of knowing how the parents feel.
If you are holding on to these narrowing perspectives such as fear, anger and ego, when will you allow yourself to overcome your programming and most importantly how to:
- Use your awareness? Tackle one thing at a time.
- Know which should you change? Whatever makes you feel uncomfortable: like those shoulda, coulda, woulda, ifs...
- Look for patterns in your discomforts? Become aware of those patterns and change them. If you are not seeing the patterns in this life, may I suggest you experience a past life regression and do the work there!
How does physical healing take place?
Let’s start with Chakras -
What do they do? They move energy through your body. They do this in a serpentine pattern. Each of the seven chakras that line upon your spine alternates its spin from left to right to create a beautiful serpentine pattern. Our thoughts and beliefs can alter these spins as well as our culture. Our culture can mess up these energy patterns by teaching us perspectives that do not heal. This creates problems- like obesity and cancer. In about five years, western medicine will "discover" meditation helps heal and they will “discover” how energy patterns in a person’s field relates to his or her health. Doctors will begin to use the energetic body to diagnose and heal.
So how does this work?
Well let me give you the basic lay out.
Thoughts control Emotions, which signal the Pituitary to release or create Hormones, which creates either homeostasis or chaos in the body. Starting with the organ the hormone is related to, then the tissues in the body, the bones, the cells and straight to the DNA. This pattern can also create either homeostasis or chaos in the energetic body. The endocrine system lies right over the chakra system. So when the hormones are signaled to work so are the charkas. This energy created by the charkas is then sent into our energy field or aura for others to experience by standing in it!
If I reverse this you will see how hands-on healing can work: energy is sent in through the energetic field (aura) to the chakra, to the organ and gland. The organ then spreads energy to the surrounding tissues, bones, cells and DNA. The gland spreads the energy to the hormones, the emotional level and then to the thought level of the person.
Tell yourself every time the clock ticks, it's a new second. You have a chance to change. Step out of your own way. Every second is a new moment in time. Choose to allow yourself to be better with every second. Mistakes (miss-takes) don't exist. Only takes. You may love or hate them but they are only wrong by your perspective. Mistakes are opportunities to learn.
Make a choice.
