Grace's Teaching:

Grace is a proper British Spiritual Counselor, who normally comes at the end of the channeling to answer questions.
What happens when we die?
Technically, the heart stops and within 10 sec the brain shuts down. Then the cells become damaged and the decaying processes begin. The physical body is dead. The soul is now no longer attached to the physical body, the third dimension. It now becomes a spirit. The soul is attached to your body, aka luggage, by sheer “will”. There is no silver cord, or latch, or lock with key to keep you in. This means you have the free will to leave when you want. What overrides sheer will is when that body can no longer hold that soul.
The spirit still contains all the beliefs that were created when in the body. For example the Baptists believe when you die you face your demons before you face your God. Well if this is your belief, this will then be your trip, your journey after you die. What you believe in is your truth. It is your truth whether you are alive or dead. You do not get a magic ticket when you die, you do not suddenly become all knowing. You still govern your own belief system.

What about the person who believes ashes to ashes, dust to dust?
When that atheist or non-belief system crosses over they get what they choice to believe in, the realm of nothingness/ a state of peacefulness. We honor that and give it to them. They still have a consciousness, and when they ask for help they will be given help or if they show curiosity of what is beyond the peacefulness then they will be shown. If you are not sure what you believe in, you might actually have a belief or a foundation but you are questioning it. So your transition will be based on this foundation.

What about a child or infant who did not have time to create a belief system?
A child has innocence; parents or society have not yet shaped them. Children maintain a connection from where they came from, and there is actually a contract already made with the child before they came into this life. They are aware they will pass over early. (Around age six in the American culture is the time where a child begins to remove themselves from their connection to their life beyond.)

What about a miscarriage, a stillborn or an abortion?
First lets talk about when a spirit merges with a body. This merge is actually a choice the spirit will make during pregnancy. To merge right at conception is very difficult and very humbling. Most spirits choose to ride as a “feeder fish” (where the spirit rides next to the mother’s belly until ready to unite with its physical body) until the embryo’s mechanics are all working. But just because the mechanics of the baby are working does not mean there is a soul in it.  There is not an exact time when the soul merges. By birth the spirit must merge with its new body. In the case of miscarriages, stillborns, or abortions, they are enlightened spirits who selflessly take the journey to Earth for the benefit of the people around them. They know of their early death -- it is not a surprise to them. They are very selfless. They know their death. It is not a surprise. In most cases the spirit will not merge, knowing that its body will not survive, but stays with the mother to help her and others learn the lesson.
  
Where is Home?
Crossing over is crossing dimensions. Home is not up, up and away.
Home is here, a bit off the ground in different dimensions. We are in the third dimension and there are endless dimensions available. Science can measure eleven different dimensions.
 
What dimension is heaven in?
All of them. Why? Because your spirit still has free will. Your comfort is related to knowledge, your lesson, and what you want to achieve in the afterlife.
 You have heard Earth is a school, and when you die you go to certain levels in heaven and the highest level means you are the best and the lowest means you are working on yourself.
This is an earthly way to think of this and is not true. Eleven is not better than ten. Yes every dimension has pros and cons, but they cannot be compared to each other.
 
Is there hell?
Hell means there is separation. This is an element of measurement that is a human thought. Hell is your conscious choice. After you die and you decide to stay in the third dimension but you no longer have that third dimension body, you are in your hell. Is that a ghost? Yes they are living out their hell, consciously choosing not to let go to transition into another dimension.

Maitland is a wonderful vivacious 8-year-old who comes to each channeling to introduce the evening and the topic. She also gives a recap of the previous month. Her recap goes as follows:

Reducing trash by one third: learning better recycling habits.

In two months there will be another down fall: more jobs will be lost and the economy will drop. Stay cool as a cucumber though. This down fall will relate to the food shortage due to the transportation of the food. We will all come out on top.

Have gratitude: we are getting to the bottom of the barrel so we can rebuild. The people helping us rebuild will be more enlightened and spiritual.

Practice higher awareness: increase your awareness while you are doing everyday activities, even while you are on the potty.

Even in moments of chaos,  I will choose to stop and look intimately  at my life and surroundings.
